I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a dense jungle with amazing wildlife like Howler Monkeys, peacocks, and adorable large rodents. Walking from my room to the beach every day was a delight, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the surreal sounds of birds and monkeys. The beach and pool area were great, with snacks and drinks available all day. The buffet had a fantastic variety of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the quality was top-notch. The hotel staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The entertaining team, especially Gabriel, was proactive, smart, and made me laugh all the time. The scuba diving team was also one of the best I've experienced.

This hotel provided an exquisite experience with its exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool was spacious and luxurious. the spa and wellness center was the perfect place to unwind with its steam room, sauna, and Jacuzzi. the garden area created a relaxing ambience and the beach access was convenient.
The only minor issue was with the entertainment, which lacked the professional touch. the hotel offered many other amazing amenities that more than made up for it.

Stunning resort, lush foliage, adorable animals everywhere. Extremely kind staff, lightning-fast wifi. Perfect location in the rainforest, compact facilities with a good gym and multiple restaurants. Fabulous service, two large swimming pools. Great beach, variety of food, organized activities. Lovely garden with little waterfalls, spotted flamingos, turtles, monkeys, peacocks.
